You have to know love
Memories that live forever
Wedding photography comes in many different styles and approaches, but the most important aspect is to be present while going unnoticed and allowing the space for special moments to arise. I have a strong belief that the moment should be photographed the way it unfolds without my interference. Real stories and true moments never go out of style. Let me help you document yours.
A PHOTOGRAPH IS THE
PAUSE BUTTON OF
LIFE
These could happen from the bridal preparations in the early hours all the way through to the late stages after the momentous first dance. One of my goals when I photograph a wedding is to capture the relationships, not only between the bride and groom, but also the relationships among the attending friends and family members. Their subtle body language and gestures that communicate unspoken love and emotion, those are the signs of a universal language that I strive to capture through my images.
Photography allows me to be a story teller without having to write a single word. I'm a “photographer story teller” who tells the visual story as it happens wherever I am. I prefer not to describe myself as just a wedding photographer, I am your personal photojournalist. With experience, comes a special wedding intuition and aptitude, to know where and when to look for those memorable moments; the tears, the laughter, the tight meaningful hugs and more.

A day to never forget and we're lucky to still have the fantastic photos... Michael is a true professional. He joins the thinking process and comes up with incredibly good ideas as well.
On the day itself you don't have to worry about anything. You'll see Michael all around the place and he's always in the exact right spot to take the shot. Simply the best choice in Curaçao!

Engagement photos are a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to capture the sense of joy and excitement before marrying the one you love.
Trash the DRESS
What is a Trash the Dress Session? Now that the wedding is over, you have two choices about what to do with the dress. You can suffocate it in a plastic bag, burried deep in the back of your closet, and hope your daughter will want to wear it in 25 years, or you can put it back on and have some fun together!
Do I really have to trash it? Of course not! It’s just a fun session to do when you have more than just the day of the wedding on the island. A chance to do to the dress what you wouldn’t dare do on the day of your wedding. Sure, you can take more risks during a trash the dress session. You could splash around in the sea, ride horseback in it, jump off a cliff into the ocean or just getting it muddy and dirty.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHING WEDDINGS?
Of course! I can take short video footage without audio and make it into a highlight of the day. Some moments are better captured in motion. And even better with a drone you reveal your stunning wedding location!
I love the fact that I can move about relatively unnoticed for the most part and document the real emotions. There is so much raw emotion to capture, not only between the couple, but also their friends and family. I love to tell the authentic story of the day with my photography.
A sneak peak will be sent within 24 hours, followed by your online gallery about 3 weeks later.
Yes you do! Depending on how long I have been booked to be at your wedding, you will receive between 150 to 600 images. The images are edited in terms of colour, tone and exposure.
